雷励少年营是基于远征和青年营运行经验而开展的青年发展及可持续发展项目。在 23 周岁以上具专业技能的雷励全职和义工支持下，由 10-13 周岁队员组成多元化小组，在偏远地区开展为期 2-3 周的实地少年营，完成社区建设及野外探索项目。
在 2 期少年营中，小队员们完成了一个村落的围墙建设工程以及三所小学的书架制作、花坛建设、垃圾池建设。用实际行动为与自己同龄的当地孩子创造了更好的学习环境，在双方交流的过程中，他们约定要“一起分享与成长”。
Raleigh China Child Camp is asimilar program based on the experience and good reputation of both RaleighExpedition and Raleigh Youth Camp. With the full support of Raleigh China staffand volunteer manager/experts above 23 years old, groups of children aged from10 to 13 years old challenge themselves in a two-three-week program conductedin a remote area for community, environment protection and outdoor adventures.In the second Child Comp, participants has accomplished a wall along thevillage, as well as the bookshelf, the flower bed and the garbage pool in threeprimary schools. A better study environment, for the local children at thesimilar age, has been created through their action, thus, the communication hascome to a promise, “to share and to grow, together”.
